Refund & Return Policy – Daly Finds
At Daly Finds, every piece is intentionally curated and often one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of our inventory, we maintain a structured return policy to ensure fairness, protect product integrity, and continue offering high-value, unique finds.
By completing a purchase with Daly Finds, you agree to the terms outlined below.
In-Store Purchases
All in-store purchases are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on items purchased in person.
Online Purchases (Website Orders)
Return Approval Requirement
All returns must be requested and approved by Daly Finds prior to being sent back.
Returns are not guaranteed and are accepted at the sole discretion of Daly Finds.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Window
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
- Approved returns must be shipped within 3 days of approval
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, no alterations or damage)
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
- Match the condition and description at time of sale
- Must be unused in any manner subject to the product type
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked Final Sale or Discounted in any manner
- Accessories, intimates, beauty, and/or personal-use items (if applicable)
- In-store purchases
- Items that do not meet return condition requirements
Return Fees & Shipping
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or store credit.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for processing
- Daly Finds reserves the right to deny refunds if return conditions are not met
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos and order details
- If approved, we will provide a return label at no cost and issue a full refund

Shipping Insurance:
Orders with a value over $100 include standard shipping insurance. Any additional insurance coverage must be requested and paid for by the buyer prior to shipment. Daly Finds is not liable for loss, damage, delays, or delivery issues once the order has been handed off to the carrier.
Fit & Sizing Disclaimer
Daly Finds offers a curated mix of brands, styles, and sizing standards. Because many items are resale or sourced from different designers:
- Sizing may vary significantly by brand, era, or garment type
- Tag size may not reflect current or standard sizing
- Fit may differ from modern retail expectations
We strongly recommend:
- Reviewing all measurements, descriptions, and photos carefully
- Comparing measurements to a similar item you already own
Fit, sizing differences, or personal preference are not considered defects and are not guaranteed grounds for return approval.

Each item at Daly Finds is individually sourced and described as accurately as possible.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed all photos, descriptions, and measurements
- You understand the item may be pre-owned or boutique-sourced
- Minor signs of wear (if applicable) may be present and are disclosed when relevant
All items are sold as-is, and purchase indicates acceptance of the item’s condition as described.
