Shipping Policy – Daly Finds

At Daly Finds, we take care in packaging and shipping each order to ensure it arrives safely and in the condition described. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • Daly Finds is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Package weight
    • Dimensions
    • Destination
  • Promotional or flat-rate shipping may be offered at Daly Finds’ discretion

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout
  • Daly Finds is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Daly Finds is not responsible for:
    • Lost or stolen packages
    • Delays in transit
    • Delivery issues caused by the carrier

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring tracking information
  • Filing claims directly with the shipping carrier if necessary

Shipping Insurance

Insurance is included on shipments valued over $100. Additional insurance may be requested at the buyer’s expense prior to shipment. Daly Finds is not responsible for loss, damage, or carrier-related issues once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of packaging and item condition

We will assist in initiating a carrier claim when applicable, but final resolution is subject to the carrier’s policies.


Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is:

  • Returned due to incorrect address
  • Unclaimed by the recipient
  • Refused at delivery

The customer is responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs
  • Any applicable fees before the order is resent

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Daly Finds is not responsible for delays due to customs processing
  • International shipping times may vary significantly

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery status

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped
  • Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase
